The back is in the red fabric. The embroidered squares are various bonnet girls with hearts spread throughout. These are such cute bonnet girls! The quilt is pieced and machined quilted for added durability. I use high loft batting for the entire quilt and add another layer under each embroidered square to make them stand up above the rest of the quilt.
